Yoga requires strength, flexibility and balance. Stand up paddleboarding also requires strength and balance, so one might reason the two would go together like peanut butter and chocolate--if peanut butter and chocolate were constantly in danger of getting soaked. Of course, someone did combine the two athletic pursuits to create a waterborne workout that gives the ability to balance a whole new importance to both activities. Devotees can be found holding odd positions while floating in the middle of area ponds and, while we're sure it's a heck of a workout, we can't help but wonder if worrying about hitting the drink might be less than relaxing.
