The Old Idaho Penitentiary couldn't be more different a place today than it was when it opened in 1872. For one thing, it's much better to be inside the walls of the historic prison these days, enjoying many of the Old Pen's events such as Bars and Ballads, Felons and Fords, and Gingerfest. Add to that special film screenings and frequent paranormal investigations, and you can see why so many of us are recidivists.
