Best Local Brunch

In 2015, Men's Journal named Fork as one of its 10 Best Brunch Spots in America, and The Culture Trip, Foursquare, and This Is Boise have all ranked it in their Top 10. This year, BW readers jumped on the bandwagon and voted the farm-to-table American eatery into the number one slot. Maybe the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, table-mixed mimosas and locally sourced dishes had a strong influence on voters.

2nd Place: Red Feather—Red Feather uses fresh, local ingredients in all of its dishes, and brunch is no exception. You can get traditional offerings like breakfast burritos and eggs benedict, but RF also puts a twist on American favorites with dishes like Green Eggs & Ham, that features spinach and kale, and a breakfast pizza drizzled with sausage gravy.

3rd Place: The Modern Hotel—With James Beard-nominated chef Nate Whitley at the helm, brunch at The Modern promises to be a gastronomical experience. While visitors won't find American pancakes on the menu, they can expand their palates with the savory Japanese kind, which are served with bean sprouts, soy sauce and a fried egg.
