Wilfred Davis Fletcher (1922-2016), a third-generation Idahoan and longtime friend and supporter of the museum, donated his first gift—a small graphite drawing by Maynard Dixon—in 1984. In the years since then, he has made 17 additional donations, totaling nearly 600 works of art. His incredible generosity has significantly shaped the Museum’s Permanent Collection of approximately 4,000 objects, by introducing artworks by prominent artists who were previously unrepresented. Through April 14.
