A Chauteaubriand Dinner for Two

Chef Dean Fuller serves up a menu once prepped for the stars of Hollywood, including shrimp scampi with a parmesan baguette; an endive salad with dijon vinaigrette; chateaubriand accompanied with parsley new potatoes and orange tarragon carrots; and for dessert, chocolate butter cream ganache layer cake with espresso cream.
