When winter weather hits Boise, some feel the blow more sharply than others. More than anyone, it's the population of people experiencing homelessness that bears the brunt of the cold, making shelters like Interfaith Sanctuary vital for the holidays. That's why every year, local jazz performer Curtis Stigers gathers an army of singers, instrumentalists and other Gem State performers to put on a boisterous, merrymaking variety show at The Egyptian Theatre and raise funds for Interfaith. It's one the most beloved events of the year, and tickets always go fast: Seats for the production's second night, Monday, Dec. 17, have already sold out. Grab yours for the Sunday night event online before they're gone to reserve an eye- and earful of local talent and champion a worthy cause.
