Local father-and-son duo MonsterDudes
is launching—and wrapping up—a tour on Friday, Oct. 3.
Jeremy and Venec Miller are celebrating 10 years of performing together with their inaugural MonsterDudes Musical Meander Tour, in which they'll bike around town, trailer of instruments in tow, stopping to play at landmarks from the Idaho Capitol Building to the Old Idaho Penitentiary. Jeremy and Venec would, of course, love for people to come out and see them play but, making it even more fun, anyone who wants to is invited to join the tour and bike right along with the Dudes.
A one-day, nine-stop bicycle tour is a cool idea and a great way to celebrate 10 years of playing in a band together, especially considering young Venec is only 14 years old. You read that right, which means Venec has been performing and touring with his father since he was 4 years old.
