What's your favorite bar? Favorite museum? Favorite free parking space in downtown Boise? It's time for you to tell us because the polls are open in this year's Best of Boise
Consider this your invitation to nominate, rank and rate all the things you think best represent life in the Treasure Valley. Of course, we have some rules. For one: think local. To be considered the Best of Boise, nominations need to actually be OF Boise—at least based or located in the metro area. No out-of-town corporate oversight.
And two: you have to enter at least 30 nominations for your ballot to count. You have almost 130 categories to chose from, so this shouldn't be hard.
Lastly, don't stress about completing the entire ballot in one sitting. You can log as many nominations as you want, rest your weary fingers, and come back later to keep voting. Just be sure to submit your ballot by August 31.
We even have some new categories this year, like best neighborhood park, best local outfitter, best veterinarian, best Bloody Mary and best local farm.
Alright, it's time. Go forth and exercise your civic duty: Vote here
