Jimmy Page to Release Unheard Led Zeppelin Recordings

by

According to Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will release a whole lotta unheard recordings prior to the June reissue of the band's first three albums.

BBC.com reports Page spent two-and-a-half years digging through the band's archives to curate the material, which includes alternative versions of  Led Zeppelin classics. Page said the unheard tracks "deserve to be heard" because they are "performance art."
