Home-cooked meals are delicious and inexpensive. They're also time-consuming, and few things are more daunting after a hard day at work than the prospect of spending 45 minutes preparing a meal.

The FREE workshop, which begins at 5:15 p.m. at the Health Center in Room 114 of the Norco Building at Boise State University, teaches attendees time- and energy-saving tricks in the kitchen to take the stress out of food preparation.
