A central part of the campaign is a new song called "Don't Roof Rack Me, Bro! (Remember Seamus)," which Rolling Stone says is set to be released Saturday, Aug. 25, as a digital download from You can preview the song here.

The band has also launched a website,, joined the team at, and will be launching a smartphone game called The Crate Escape: Seamus Unleashed.

Who was Seamus? During a family vacation, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney transported his family's pet dog, SEAMUS, by putting him on a "roof-top carrier" for 12 hours.

Remember Seamus™. Go off the leash by choosing a non-human as the most important political figure of this election. Make 2012 the year where animals like Seamus are valued and honesty is praised.

Show your Seamus. Insist on the Dog's honest truth.

The site also offers T-shirts, bumper stickers and other campaign paraphernalia, all emblazoned with the pop-art style image of an Irish Setter.
