We all scream for ice cream—but when it's free Ben and Jerry's ice cream, that scream may be accompanied by an end zone-worthy dance and maybe some air guitar moves.

Today, you can celebrate free frozen sugar-and-milk concoctions with a trip to Boise's Ben and Jerry's for the 34th Annual Free Cone Day. From noon-8 p.m., you can ingest any of the shop's 30 creatively named flavors and it won't cost you a dime. Although you may want to bring a little cash to help out a local charity.

Every two hours, the shop will have a new crew of volunteer scoopers, and tips earned during their time behind the counter will benefit the organization they represent. Here's the schedule:

Noon-2 p.m.: Bank of the West benefiting The Landing Community Center.

2-4 p.m.: The Brighton Corp. benefiting The Women's and Children's Alliance.

4-6 p.m.: Broadview University benefiting Genesis Service Dogs

6-8 p.m.: The Boy Scouts from Troop 40 benefiting the Troop 40 camping fund.

According to the shop's website, more than $1,000 was raised for various local organizations last year.
