The Primavera art show opened March 9 at Beside Bardenay and featured new work from a variety of artists all on a singular theme: Spring.
There were a variety of mediums in the exhibit—painting, sculpture, drawing and photography—and the Castle Rocks String Quartet provided musical accompaniment to the visual works.
Rachel Teannalach displayed some of her vivid kaleidoscopic portraits and patterns, while Pat Kilby showcased his colorful oil paintings of birdhouses and front porches. And in the center of the gallery stood Olive Wicherski’s creepily fantastic graphite drawings of hairy, multi-eyed beings.
