Wouldn't it be nice to get through the holiday season without seeing a bajillion ads and magazine covers about how to lose those seasonal pounds? Every year, magazine shelves are littered with info condemning winter love handles and telling you to get in shape. After New Year's Eve, gyms everywhere are filled with people who have given into the hype and decided to jump on the treadmill.

Sadly, we can't make those annoying ads and articles go away. Nor can we shoo all the newly ambitious exercisers from your gym.
