Salt Tears Coffeehouse and Noshery has been offering family style dinners on Tuesday nights for a while now. And though grilled beef culotte steak and local plum-glazed homestead porkchops might sound lovely to carnivores, eating a pile of sides doesn’t hold much appeal for vegetarians.
Tonight, Tuesday, Sept. 13, the tables will be turned. Salt Tears is serving an all-vegetarian menu from 5-8 p.m., which includes a mushroom, kale and ricotta en croute with dill and fresh pea cream and a side of glazed carrots. The cost is $13 per person or $6.50 for kids 12 and younger. Local beer and wine will be available for purchase.
