Need Something To Do Tuesday?

Maybe no one really needs to know who won the Oscar for best picture in 1948 or who the fifth Beatle was and yet, you do. And now that wellspring of knowledge you have stored away can be put to practical use during Last Call Trivia at Liquid tonight. The glory, and a bar tab worth $10, $20 or $30 for third, second and first places respectively, are yours for the winning.

If the elevated status of triumphing at trivia isn’t enough for you, stick around and show off your pipes. Anarchist Karaoke follows trivia for you multi-talented individuals out there. Not only can you impress your friends with the fact that you know that “Video Killed the Radio Star” by The Buggles was the very first video played on MTV on Aug. 1, 1981, but you can perform your very own rendition of the pop culture classic for the crowd. And that is totally rad.

Trivia starts at 8 p.m., followed by karaoke at 10 p.m., and both are FREE.
