Outlaws Will Be Scrambling at Clay Peak Motorcycle Park


The Owyhee Outlaws Motorcycle Club will host the first SIDRA Hare Scramble of the year on Sunday, April 3, at Clay Peak Motorcycle Park in Payette.

The Hare Scramble format is comprised of two moto heats and the winner is based on the combined times of both heat finishes. There will be a short break between racing heats and multiple classes for all racing abilities.

Clay Peak Park boasts a spectator-friendly park with lots of opportunity to watch the racers as they tackle everything from motocross jumps and table tops, to steep hills and loamy sand in a focused and energy-draining test of endurance and skill.

Riders can sign up from 7:30-10 a.m.. Sound check, ORV stickers and spark arrestors are required. Moto heats will last approximately 30-60 minutes. Cost to race ranges from $25 to $80 for the pros and SIDRA points will be awarded for the race.
