Shoot. Eat. Work. Shoot. Eat. Repeat.
This has been the pattern of my life this winter after having discovered a passion for hunting waterfowl. I have always hunted them but never have I pursued them with such vigor as I have this season.
And being a good hunter, I eat what I shoot. In this case, I shot a duck, so I made a duck taco—with a little help from my 5-year-old son. And before you freak out about seeing a small child with a knife, know that it's just a butter knife.
