You really love Aunt Sadie's peanut brittle and Mom's to-die-for cheesecake. Mashed potatoes covered in creamy, savory gravy. Those crazy cheese balls and buttery crackers. The dips and drinks and fudge and cookies ... But I digress.

I mean to be talking about Time Wounds All Heels—a running workshop happening at Shu's Idaho Running Company tonight. You can see where I'm going with this, right? This time of year, I can't help but make the association between indulging in all of my fave holiday treats and wondering how the hell I'm going to work it all off. That's where Shu's comes in.

Tonight at 6:30 p.m., head down to the store at 17th and State streets and talk with the pros about how your running shoes fit. Also, get your gait analyzed and meet with Jeff from Foot Dynamics about other foot and/or running-related issues so that you're set to follow through with those New Year's resolutions we all love to make and break.
