Need Something To Do Today?

This weekend heralds the world premiere of the "Schumann Trilogy," a piece commissioned by the Los Angeles Symphony in conjunction with the Boise Philharmonic. And today, you can have lunch with the guy who wrote it. Composer Lawrence Dillon and conductor Robert Franz will join the Boise Philharmonic musicians in welcoming the public for a midday meeting with the artists.

Even if you can’t make the concerts this weekend (in Nampa tonight and Boise tomorrow night), this is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with some really talented musicians at the Simplot Performing Arts Academy. Call 208-344-7849 for more info.
