A note from the Idaho Center
just arrived in our e-mail inboxes with the subject line: "Def Leppard Cancelled. Bummer!"
Bummer is right. The British band with the one-armed drummer hit the States hard in the '80s. Pyromania was huge with me and my fellow junior high students; even the janitor Neil could be heard singing "Photograph / I don't want your / Photograph / I don't need your / Photograph ..." in the halls.
The band has canceled the third leg of their North American tour with this statement: ""We know how truly blessed we are to have such committed fans. That’s why we’ve agonized over this decision. Even if just a single concert, we don’t take cancelling shows lightly, but unfortunately life’s commitments need to be the priority.”
