From the congested e-mail inbox of the A&E editor: Plain White T's

I receive hundreds of e-mails from PR and management companies containing tour updates, info on new releases, links to new videos and even, occasionally, a press release rife with exclamations of joy that heavy metal band X has finally chosen artwork for the cover of their new CD.
While I may not care that a group of heshers had a tough time deciding between a picture of a skull with a snake twisting through it and one of a snake wrapped around a skull, someone else might find that tidbit fascinating. So instead of automatically clicking the little trash can icon when I get one of these e-mails, I'll try to disseminate some of the information here on Cobweb.
The Plain White T's of "Delilah" fame have added a second leg to their "Three-Part Harmony: A Show in Three Acts" tour in support of their new album Big Bad World with new dates starting June 12. Watch the video for their new single "1,2,3,4" here or visit for more info.
Plain White T's aren't playing anywhere near Boise, but if you can't get to Baltimore or Fort Lauderdale, you can see singer Tom Higgenson and bassist Mike Retondo jam with Daryl Hall on his "acclaimed Web show" Live From Daryl's House, which Hall refers to as "LFDH."
Wonder if Oates' has a show and what he calls it? LFDG—Live From Daryl's Garage?
