Former Statesman Editor Goes Head to Head with Alan Keyes

But when Carolyn Washburn, formerly the editor of the Idaho Statesman, became editor of the Des Moines Register, she might not have guessed that she'd end up on a nationally-televised stage getting shrieked at by Alan Keyes.

But the Republican presidential candidates debate, held today, included Keyes, who just wouldn't stand for it when Washburn tried to keep him to 30 seconds of chatter.
