They Want Craig's Job

Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter has released the full list of names of people who have expressed interest in filling the seat of U.S. Sen. Larry Craig, should he resign on Sept. 30, as intended.

Some caveats from Otter's office:

The list does not include people whose names were submitted by others but who themselves have not indicated they are seeking the appointment. It also does not include the few individuals from outside Idaho who indicated they would be willing to move here if appointed.

Finally, it does not include those people who indicated privately to the Governor that they would accept an appointment but expressed a desire for their names not to be disclosed.
