Judge: Tired of "Nasty" Campaigns

Idaho will lose another Supreme Court justice this summer, and not because she's tired of the job.

Justice Linda Copple-Trout told the Spokane, Wash. Spokesman-Review that she was tired of the nasty campaigns for re-election.

This leaves Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter with two seats on the bench to fill. Justice Gerald Schroeder has also announced his intent to retire.
