For the second year running, the U.S. Public Interest Research Group
reports Idaho is scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to transparency of government spending.
U.S. PIRG's Education Fund gave Idaho an "F" grade in its "Following the Money 2015"
report this morning, saying the Gem State "has a long way to go" to improve the ways it shows citizens how the government uses their tax dollars.
Idaho is one of only three states to receive a failing grade: California and Alaska are the others. States with high marks included Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and Oregon.
