Adam Michael Dees is charged with three felony counts of grand theft three counts of forgery and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
The Ada County Sheriff's office has released the name and charges filed against a man in connection with three deaths in a home on Cartwright Road in north Ada County.
Adam Michael Dees is charged with three felony counts of grand theft, three counts of forgery and a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
The charges have been filed against Dees in connection with the Cartwright Road case, but the police investigation into the deaths continues.

Update 6:37 p.m.:
A man is being held in relation to the deaths of three people in a north Ada County home, though that person's relation to the crime has not yet been disclosed.
Ada County Sheriff's detectives have also seized a 2003 Subaru Legacy station wagon seen near the home during a period of time significant to the case.
While law enforcement has indicated that the victims were family members, their identities or the manner in which they died will not be released until the Ada County Coroner's office has conducted autopsies and notified next of kin.

Ada County Sheriff's detectives are investigating what happened to three people found dead late Tuesday morning in a foothills home in north Ada County.
A family member, who hadn't heard from residents of the home on North Cartwright Road since Sunday, went to check on them Tuesday and reported finding suspicious circumstances.
Deputies found signs of a struggle inside the home, which is near Pierce Park Road. Evidence found there suggests foul play.
The victims have been tentatively identified, but their names will not be released until the Ada County Coroner's office has completed autopsies and determined the manner and cause of their deaths.
Ada County Sheriff's officials could offer no updates Wednesday morning. According to a news release, the investigation is "very much open and ongoing."
