A man suspect of arranging the murder of two Boise men in May 2014 has been transported back to Idaho.

Prosecutors had been seeking the extradition of 34-year-old Anthony Robins Jr. from Fremont, Calif., back to Boise in connection with the shooting deaths of 28-year-old Elliot Bailey and 27-year-old Travontae Calloway on May 9, 2014, on the 1200 block of South Orchard Street that left two other people injured. Three additional suspects are also charged for the crime.

“This continues to be a complex case that’s involved an extraordinary amount of effort from numerous officers and prosecutors literally from coast to coast. Boise Police appreciate the effort of all the assisting agencies, today including Fremont, Calif., police in helping bring justice for the families affected by this most serious crime,” said Sgt. Mark Barnett of the Boise Police Criminal Investigation Division.

Robins was arrested in Fremont, California on Jan. 6 and was transported to the Ada County Jail on Jan. 19. He faces two counts of murder, and one count of attempted murder.
