Manhunt Under Way for Two Suspects Wanted in Early Morning Killing


Canyon County Sheriff's deputies are looking for the public's help in finding two suspects in connection with the death of an adult male who was found murdered early today inside a Notus convenice store.

Law enforcement was summoned to the Jackson's gas station on Elgin Street in Notus at around 3:30 this morning. That's when they found a man who was victim to what sheriff's deputies called a "serious, violent crime." A passerby saw the victim and called 911. Officers immediately closed the station in order to gather information from the crime scene.

According the sheriff's office, at least one person witnessed the shooting and was being questioned by investigators. 

Lawmen describe the suspects as between 5-feet, 10-inches and 6 feet tall, but both wore dark face masks and gloves. One was wearing a camouflage jacket and the other was wearing a black hoodie. Their getaway car is described as a black-colored 2007 Lincoln MKZ with Idaho license plates 1P80172.
