A Boise man is behind bars, charged with felony DUI after police said he damaged a deicing truck.

Boise police were summoned to the corner of West Targee and Arnett Streets in the evening hours of Nov. 13. That's where they found the suspect standing atop an Ada County Highway District deicing truck that had stopped to help with a slide-off. Police say the suspect caused damage to the truck when he jumped on top of the vehicle.

When police ordered the suspect to get off the truck, they said he appeared to be intoxicated, which was reportedly confirmed during a blood alcohol test. The suspect had been charged with two prior DUI incidents in the past 15 years, making this latest charge a felony.

Dwayne Haner, 37, of Boise, is charged with felony malicious injury to property and felony DUI.

Boise police also reported Nov. 12 that they served a warrant and arrested a Boise man suspected of a July attack on an adult female victim, known to the suspect. Detectives from the Boise Police Special Victim's Unit conducted a four-month investigation following the alleged rape. BPD ultimately arrested the suspect at his residence.

William Mukendi, 31, of Boise, is behind bars charged with felony rape.

Boise police say an argument between two neighbors at a Boise apartment building Nov. 12 resulted in one of those neighbors behind bars. Police summoned to the apartment found one neighbor saying he was threatened by another who was brandishing two pocket knives. The victim said he feared he would be stabbed and called police. Police later took the suspect—who had walked away from the apartment—into custody.

Gregory Miller, 31, is charged with a felony count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
