Trick or treat indeed. This morning's Today Show
included a hilarious/bizarre/infuriating investigative piece revealing the lengths to which psychics take advantage of some folks who insist that their homes are haunted. But when NBC investigative reporter Jeff Rossen set up a team
in a never-been-lived-in house in New Jersey and contacted some local psychics, things got very pricey: At least two teams charged more than $1,000.
The psychics' "cleansing" methods included everything from kicking around a coconut, blowing cigar smoke and spitting on the walls.
