Early Voting Under Way in Ada County

Early voting is now under way at the Ada County Elections Office on North Benjamin Lane.

Voters will be able to cast early ballots, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Additionally, there will be one Saturday opportunity to cast an early ballot: Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Absentee ballots are also being accepted at the Ada County Elections Office. Absentee ballots can be requested until Wednesday, Oct. 29, and completed absentee ballots must reach the elections office by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 4.

Approximately 749,179 Idahoans have registered to vote statewide, as of Oct. 1. It's estimated that about 52 percent of those voters are not officially affiliated with any political party.
