A Boise man is behind bars, charged with a felony, following an early morning stabbing at a Boise McDonald's.

Police were called to the 500 block of North Orchard Street at approximately 5:30 a.m. That's where an alleged dispute between two McDonald's employees turned nasty when one of the employees stabbed the other with a knife. 

The victim suffered serious stab wounds, but by late morning his injuries were reported to be non life-threatening and remained hospitalized. The suspect also required hospital treatment for injuries he suffered in the fight.

After being treated for his injuries, 41-year-old Roberto Ramos-Valencia of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with aggravated battery.

An early morning stabbing at a Boise McDonald's restaurant sent a male victim to the hospital with a knife would to the chest.

Boise Police say a male suspect, who is already in custody, was also wounded in the incident and was being treated at a local hospital.

Both men are McDonald's employees, according to police reports.

At about 5:30 this morning, law enforcement were called to the 500 block of North Orchard Street. That's where witnesses said the two men were fighting when one of the employees grabbed a knife and stabbed the other employee in the chest.

The victim is described as a male in his 20s. He suffered serious injuries.

The suspect left the restaurant, but police took him into custody a short time later at his home. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and will be questioned further upon release.
