Assault + Swastika Tattoo + YouTube = Arrest

It could be people's exhibit No. 1.

Shortly after a YouTube video depicting an adult male being attacked in the parking lot of the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Coeur d'Alene surfaced, law enforcement tracked down a male suspect and charged him with battery.

The Coeur d'Alene Press reports that upon viewing the video dubbed "Crazy Guy at Texas Roadhouse," which was uploaded July 30, Coeur d'Alene police located the suspect, 41-year-old Gary Dixon of Victorville, Calif., at a Post Falls address. He was booked into the Kootenai County Jail a short time later. He was eventually released on $300 bond.

The video shows some profane-laced ugliness between the victim and another man, allegedly the suspect who has a swastika tattoo on his chest. The video had been taken by the victim's wife and uploaded to YouTube. Take a look for yourself.
