Pennsylvania authorities, working with Boise Police, have taken a Pennsylvania man into custody and charged him with a double homicide that occurred in Boise this past May.

It was in the late evening hours of May 8 when Boise Police were called to the 2100 block of South Orchard Street. That's where they found three shooting victims. Two of them later died of multiple gunshot wounds. All three were roommates at 2178 S. Orchard St., when two men reportedly came to the door and allegedly opened fire.

Police arrested 34-year-old Samari Win on May 9, charging him with two counts of murder.

And early this morning, Reading, Pa., police arrested 44-year-old John Douglas and charged him with two counts of attempted murder in connection with the shooting. Boise Police are seeking to extradite Douglas back to Idaho.

“Boise Police appreciate the cooperation of the Reading Police Department in assisting with a case that has been a priority for Boise officers,” said Sgt. Mark Barnett of the Boise Police Criminal Investigation Division.
