While victim sat on a swing at Orval Krasen Park, he took this video of suspect.

An Eagle man is behind bars, charged with threatening a teenager with a knife at Eagle's Krasen Park. And prosecutors have a key piece of evidence: a cellphone video, taken by the alleged victim.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office say the suspect approached a 16-year-old boy and girl in the park Sunday evening, asking the two for cigarettes. That's when the alleged male victim made a comment about "thug life." The suspect allegedly took out a knife and approached the two, while the male victim began filming with his cellphone. The video shows the suspect saying he was going to "cut up" the victim, also threatening to slash the tires of the victim's car.

Police said they found 18-year-old Jordan Charles on March 24 and booked him into the Ada County Jail on a felony count of aggravated assault.

Jordan Charles, 18, is charged with aggravated assault.
