A Boise man is behind bars today after police found him in possession of Spice—a form of synthetic marijuana—and materials leading police to believe he intended to distribute the substance. 

During a search of a residence on the 1600 block of West State Street the evening of Jan. 14, officers found the parolee, Dustin Harris, to be in possession of two baggies containing a substance identified as Spice, totaling 252 grams in weight. They also discovered a digital scale, suggesting that the suspect intended to deliver the Spice. 

Harris is charged with a felony count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Spice.

Earlier in the afternoon of Jan. 14, Boise Police were called to a retail store on the 1200 block of North Milwaukee Street, where they spoke with witnesses who described a suspect leaving the store with tools without paying. Officers found evidence that the suspect had intended to commit theft, which elevated the charge to a felony.

Addrian Stoldt of Boise was booked and charged with a felony count of burglary.
