Police Blotter: Motel Disturbance and Indecent Exposure

A disturbance at a local motel has landed a Boise man behind bars, facing felony drug charges.

Boise police were called to a motel on the 2300 block of West Airport Way early Friday morning. That's where witnesses told officers that a man staying at the motel was being aggressive and disruptive to others to the point that they were fearful of his actions. In a search following his arrest, officers said they found two baggies of a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.

41-year-old Travis Duchene of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail for a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace and a felony charge of meth possession.

Fred McLeod, 42, is charged with indecent exposure 2nd offense within 5 years.

Boise Police also report that they served a warrant Nov. 21 in connection with an incident that occurred in an alley near West Jefferson and North 15th streets on Aug. 2. Several female witnesses had said that the suspect had slowly driven by them several times exposing his genitals.

42-year-old Fred McLeod of Boise was charged with a felony count of indecent exposure, the second offense within five years.
