Two Boise women were arrested early this morning in connection with an overnight robbery at a convenience store.
Law enforcement was called to the 2500 block of West Fairview Avenue, where store employees said a woman made threatening statements, demanded money and then quickly drove away.
Early this morning, police said they spotted a vehicle matching the description of the suspect's vehicle. Officers linked the driver to the robbery, and a second woman was also arrested, accused of aiding in the crime. The details of the second suspect's involvement remain under investigation.
Kaitlin Hoffman, 26, was charged with a felony count of robbery, and Jade Wake, 29, was charged with a felony count of accessory to robbery.
Meanwhile, Boise Police are still looking for a man who robbed a branch of the U.S. Bank on Vista Avenue September 19. Witnesses said the man walked into the bank, demanded cash, and then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is identified as a light-skinned male, approximately 6-feet tall, with short brown hair, wearing a dark Old Navy hoodie and jeans.
