Boise Police say a female driver lashed out at law enforcement Aug. 27 after being stopped for a possible DUI, landing her in jail.
Police said they responded to a call of a possible drunk driver near North 11th and West Jefferson streets. That's where a witness said the suspect drove in the middle of the road and bumped another vehicle. Police said the suspect was uncooperative and at one point, kicked an officer in the leg and spit on him.
Additionally, the suspect blew a .17 blood alcohol content level.
51-year-old Jennifer Hardin of Boise was charged with a felony count of battery on an officer and driving under the influence.
A Marsing man was transferred from Owyhee County Aug. 27 to the Ada County Jail in connection with an outstanding felony warrant.
Boise Police said the suspect was wanted in connection with allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct with a juvenile male younger than 10-years-old. The victim said the activity took place in 2003 and 2004 at a Boise home.
34-year-old Gabrial Hamilton of Marsing was booked into the Ada County lockup on a felony count of lewd conduct with a minor under 16.
