Boise Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Children


Dennis Duvall, 35, is charged with stalking and sexual abuse of a child under 16.

A Boise man faces two felony charges after Police charged him with exposing himself to a children in a retail store the night of July 7.

Two female victims under the age of 12 told police the suspect followed them around the store on West Fairview Avenue before exposing himself to them twice. The children notified store employees who called police.

35-year-old Dennis Duvall of Boise was booked into the Ada County jail on a felony count of stalking and another felony count of sexual abuse of a child under 16.

Boise Police were also called out early this morning to the scene of a fight outside of a bar on the 1400 block of North Curtis. Witnesses told police an intoxicated man was trying to start a fight with other patrons outside the bar. After police transported the suspect to a medical facility, the suspect allegedly kicked an officer in the legs while being restrained.

Sean Nihill, 38, is charged with felony battery on an officer.

38-year-old Sean Nihill of Boise was booked into the Ada County lockup on a felony charge of battery on an officer.
