Garden City Traffic Stop Nets Drug Seizure, Three Arrests

Kyle Todd, 28; Joshua Dutil, 32; and Amy Fellom, 32, are charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A trio of suspects—two men and one woman—are behind bars at the Ada County lockup following a traffic stop that Garden City Police say netted a quantity of meth and 11 syringes.

Law enforcement said they stopped a vehicle early this morning near Memorial Parkway and Adams Street in Garden City after police noted that the car had a burned out brake light. Officers said the occupants of the vehicle were "exceptionally nervous."

A police K-9 was called to the scene and detected the probable presence of drugs. A search turned up 11 syringes, a scale, meth and marijuana.

Kyle Todd, 28, of Boise; 32-year-old Joshua Dutil, of Washington state; and 32-year-old Amy Fellon, of Garden City, were all booked into the Ada County Jail, each charged with a felony count of meth possession and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
