Boise Police Search Lottery Building But Give All Clear Following Threat

Boise Police had to evacuate the Idaho Lottery Building earlier today as they conducted a search of the facility on Shoreline Lane following a possible bomb threat.

Law enforcement confirmed that a threat was called in this morning "indicating vaguely that there may have been an explosive device," according to Boise Police spokesman Charles McClure.

But by early afternoon, Boise police gave the "all clear."

"There's no reason to believe that there may be [a threat]," said McClure. "Somebody made a veiled threat."
