Boise Police Blotter: Drug Possession and Intimidating a Witness


Boise Police report two felony arrests on Tuesday, resulting in one man being locked up for intimidating a wintess and another being busted for a string of felonies, including meth possession and parole violation.

William McMillen, 34, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and parole violation.

Boise law enforcement was called in to assist Idaho Probation and Parole agents when they picked up 34-year-old William McMillen at a West Preece Street residence. Police said they used a taser on McMillen because he resisted being taken into custody. Officers also said they recovered meth and amphetamines at the scene.

David Leboeuf, 51, is charged with intimidation of a states witness.

Police also locked up 41-year-old David Leboeuf of Boise Tuesday. Officers said an investigation indicated that Leboeuf repeatedly attempted to influence a victim in an ongoing criminal investigation.
