Idaho Man, Waiting For Prostitute, Gets Screwed By Robbers


An Orofino man told police that his planned date with a prostitute resulted in him being robbed at gunpoint.

This morning's Lewiston Tribune reports that the man told investigators that he had answered an ad offering "female companionship" from the website The man was waiting to meet the prostitute at a Econo Lodge motel in Lewiston when two men arrived, one with a gun. The victim said the men covered his face and took all of his belongings.

Lewiston police told the Tribune that they were looking for the men in an older pickup truck painted a dull blackish gray.
