A Montana man is in a familiar setting this morning—behind bars—after he was busted July 31 for drunken driving. According to the Associated Press, it was the 13th DUI for 53-year-old John Hoots of Billings.
The AP reports that Hoots was arrested less than six weeks after being released from a 10-year prison sentence for his 12th DUI, stemming from an April 2002 incident.
Residents called police after Hoots had been reportedly yelling and mooning his neighbors before getting behind the wheel of his pickup and driving away. He's being held on $100,000 bail.
