Attack Under Investigation at ISCI

An investigation has been launched in the wake of an inmate-on-inmate attack at the Idaho State Correctional Institution, south of Boise.

Prison officials say an inmate, serving three to 10 years for lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, is accused of slashing the throat of another inmate. The attacker allegedly used a blade from a plastic shaving razor, gashing the victim's neck.
