Learn how to safely preserve food products in this seven-week course, with MFSA certification to anyone interested. Participants volunteer 30 hours of service by providing research-based food preservation information after completion of the course. This can be completed by answering phone calls, helping during classes, teaching classes, staffing booths, or making displays. Weekly through May 23.
