Taste 208 returned this year with a much larger presence than its inaugural run in 2012. The event included a handful of tasting dinners before the Grand Tasting April 13 at the Powerhouse Event Center.
Hundreds lined up before doors opened at 6 p.m. for a chance to sample beer, wine, spirits and food from Idaho and surrounding regions. Vendors included Idaho regulars like 44 North Vodka and Ste. Chapelle Winery, and new faces like Silverton, Ore.'s Seven Brides Brewing.
While some chose to toss back small shots of craft liquors, others grabbed dinner from the event's food vendors, which included Momo Dumplings, RiceWorks and 3 Girls Catering, among others.
