Look up at the sky. There's the sun. Now look down at the ground. It's bare. That means it's time to pull up your running shorts and pull tight the laces on your running shoes and hit the pavement.
There's no surer sign of spring—no thaw that melts away your winter fat—quite like a 10K run, amiright? And maybe you need a little push to brave this bitter, deep winter weather for the sake of your own health.
That's what the Les Bois 10K Trail Run is for. Today at 9 a.m., runners and fitness enthusiasts will gather at Les Bois Park for a trail run. If you haven't registered already, day-of registration begins at 8 a.m. and costs $38.
